Cookie Policy.

This site sets four cookies. All four are analytics, and they load by default when you arrive. We don't run advertising or retargeting cookies, and we don't sell or share what these collect.

If you'd rather not be counted, the opt-out steps are near the bottom of this page and take about a minute. Nothing on the site breaks if you turn them all off.

A cookie is a tiny text file your browser stores so a website can recognize your browser between page loads. On their own they don't identify you by name.

Ours fall into one group: analytics. We don't currently set a single cookie the site needs in order to work, so refusing all of them costs you nothing.

Audited against the live site, so this is the whole list:

• _ga and _ga_NQTXR9VLSB: set by Google Analytics 4. They count visits and page views and tell us roughly where traffic came from. Google's default expiry on these is two years.

• _clck and _clsk: set by Microsoft Clarity. _clck keeps a browser ID so a repeat visit isn't counted as a stranger (about a year). _clsk ties your page views into one session (about a day).

Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures traffic here and sets no cookies at all. Our fonts, images, and video are served from our own domain, so nothing else phones home.

Microsoft Clarity does more than count visits, so it deserves its own paragraph rather than a footnote.

It records how people move through a page: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and which things get used or ignored. We watch that back to find what's confusing or broken, then fix it. It's the difference between knowing a page lost someone and knowing where.

Clarity runs on its default masking setting, which is built to keep what you type out of the recording, including anything you enter in the contact form. We don't use any of it to identify individual people, and we don't sell or share recordings. If that's still not for you, the next section turns it off.

In your browser: block or delete cookies for j450n.ai. Every major browser does this in settings, and private or incognito windows discard them when you close the window.

With a tracker blocker: any standard content blocker (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, Brave's built-in shields, Safari's tracking prevention) stops Google Analytics and Clarity before they load.

Google Analytics everywhere at once: Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout that covers every site you visit, not just this one.

Three outside services load on this site. Each is governed by its provider's privacy policy, not ours:

• Google Analytics 4, by Google. Traffic measurement. Sets _ga and _ga_NQTXR9VLSB.

• Microsoft Clarity, by Microsoft. Heatmaps and session replay. Sets _clck and _clsk.

• Cloudflare Web Analytics, by Cloudflare. Traffic measurement, cookieless.

We update this page whenever we add or remove tracking, and the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.

One commitment worth putting in writing: if we ever add advertising or retargeting cookies, this page gets updated and a consent banner ships before those cookies run, not after.
